NOTE:
 Online Registration will end at 5:00 pm on Friday, Feb.15th. Registration Forms will be available the day of the event.
 
Maximum number of Shooters: 250
 
(50 per age bracket defined)
 
Contestant Rules 
 
1. Contestants must register prior to competing in the Big Sky Basketball Shoot Out.  
 
2. Online Registration and Pre-Registration is Free. On the day of the event, registration is $10 dollars.  
 
3. Contestants will be able to print off registration forms online and bring filled out to the Shoot Out.
 
There will be registration available from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, February 15, 2007. Location TBD. 
 
There will be No Exceptions, so register early. 
 
4. Proof of Identity & Age Required: The following forms of identification will be accepted:
                                     State Issued Certificate of Birth                                     
                                     State Issued Identification Card
                                     Military Dependent Card
                                     Valid Driver's License
                                     United States Passport
 
    Note: Proof of Identity and age forms will be viewed only, no data will captured or photocopied. If you were
             registered in the first event, this information will not be needed.
 
5. Contest is based on your age as of February 1, 2008.  
 
6. All contestant's legal guardians must sign and date a waiver of liability release form. This section 
    will be at the bottom of the registration form.  If you were a contestant in the first Shoot Out, this is not required. 
 
7. Each contestant must be ready to Shoot when their name is called in their age bracket or risk being scratched. 
     
8. Each contestant will have the opportunity to validate their score after each event with the judge.
 
9. Each contestant must wear gym shoes.
 
10.All decisions made by Contest Judges are FINAL.

              Shooters will use event basketballs, no personal basketballs allowed in the gym. Thanks!
